Implemented a Login Page

This is the login page of the web app that I built for my industrial food production company. When a user logs in, the app sends a request to my custom authentication API, which verifies user credentials against a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon.

Admin Dashboard

Developed an admin dashboard to manage route permissions and user authorization within the web app.

Maintenance Plan and Workorders

I developed a system to track all equipment maintenance plans and work orders, providing clear visibility into scheduling and execution for effective maintenance management.

Production Dashboard

Developed a production dashboard to monitor our company's OEE, production volume, output, workforce allocation, and utility consumption, providing actionable insights for operational efficiency.

Production Calendar

Created a calendar that displays timebars for all production and maintenance activities, providing a clear overview of the current month's scheduled tasks.

Equipment Detail Page

This is 1 of the actual equipment that I am maintaining and this page shows all the relevant details that I need to properly operate and maintain it. The page has features such as showing all the recent workorders done, maintennace plans, recent issues that were encountered, and analytics

Tasks and Projects

Implemented a todo list like app, but extended the features to have a "My day" feature, which shows all tasks that are schedule on the current day. The user can also add a task to a project and add more details such as subtasks, priority, notes, cost, and timeline.

Database Schema

This is database schema snippet for the CMMS system I made (drawn using draw.io). I then implemented this table relations with postgreSQL and hosted it with Neon. In writing the database schemas, I use both raw SQL query language and drizzle ORM.

As Built Drawing of Pineapple Sprayer

Draw and made an as built drawing of a pineapple spraying equipment using Solidworks. I also produced an animation using solidworks motion sim add in that helped my client land the sale.

Designed a Decorticating Machine

Using solidworks I helped a client design and draw a decorticating machine. This machine extracts fibers from pineapple leaves and can be used in different textile applications.

Design and Built a Tubular Heat Exchanger

Design and build a tubular heat exchanger to replace an existing plate heat exchanger in a preheating machine's hot water line, it uses steam as a heating medium.

Improved an existing Pulverizing Machine Design

Due to high heat generation of a pulverizing machine, I designed a cooling jacket which minimze high temperature during grinding operation thus increasing the grinder efficiency, and reduced component wear.

Conveyor system

This is a conveyor system I designed and built. This functions as a sorting and banana tip cutting conveyor for our receiving line.

Magnet Jig

A simple jig design to keep the high gauss magnets away from each other, used during maintenance and cleaning activities.
